Terms and Conditions of Sale

• Delivery is charged at £7.95 per product excluding the BigReader which is £20.00 each.
• VAT is chargeable on all sales, including postage where postage is provided as a service, unless the customer is VAT exempt (registered blind) and an appropriate declaration form is signed and furnished to us.
• Payment may be made by debit card, credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or by cheque.
• All goods must be pre-paid in full prior to shipping.
• Payment will not be processed if the requested items are not in stock.
• If an item is out of stock, you will be notified when placing an order and have the right to cancel.
• Shipments are usually made the same day that an order is received and always within seven (7) working days, subject to stock availability. Please allow a few extra days from the date of shipping to actually receive the goods depending on where you live and any special delivery instructions made.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.

Your Right To Cancel

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased from us for a full refund.

• To cancel, you can e-mail Customer Service, call 0800 0430282 or write to us at Customer Services, (see top left of this screen for address) within seven working days (ie. not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your sales receipt number.
• You must take reasonable care of the item(s).
• If the goods have already been shipped from our premises you must return them to us at your expense.

Warranty

All Bierley products carry a minimum of one year parts and labour warranty. The ColorMouse-USB-RM carries a two year warranty. The Shoppa carries a five year limited warranty. Full details available upon request.
